Parts and Service Coordinator

Key Duties:

- Day to day running of the Parts & Service Department
- Ordering parts for customers and workshop jobs, booking in, allocating, stock control & invoicing of all parts
- Point of contact for all parts and service requirements
- Organising breakdown cover for customers along with planned servicing and maintenance work
- Keeping customers up to date with all parts and service work
- Organising workshop & yard jobs in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining safety standards and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Identifying new potential suppliers and customers
- Developing the parts showroom / shop
- Developing and growing the parts & service business
- Supporting the team across all aspects of the business

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer focused, friendly and approachable
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of plant and machinery
- Driving Licence
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
