We're looking for an exceptional Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at The Recruitment Council. This is a salaried role offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $105,000 per annum.

About the Role

This position involves providing administrative support to our financial services team, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing financial plans and reviews, answering email queries, and collaborating with our investment admin team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing financial planning reports for clients, including retirement planning reports and recommendations.
  • Liaising with insurance teams to provide products and services to clients.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial reviews and reports.
Requirements:

We require a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial planning, with a strong understanding of life insurance, investments, estate planning, and budgeting. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
