Youth Service Coordinator

Barnardo's Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Youth Service Coordinator to join their RISE Highland Service. This role will involve coordinating the delivery of person-centred support packages to young people who are vulnerable to exploitation.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and young people, as well as knowledge of the risks associated with child exploitation. The successful applicant will be able to develop and implement effective strategies that support young people in their recovery.
The salary for this position is estimated to be £**34,000 - £40,000** per annum, depending on experience. This contract has a permanent status, subject to funding until March 2026, with possible extension.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the delivery of person-centred support packages
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to support young people in their recovery
- Reducing the risk to vulnerable children and young people through training and awareness-raising
