Do you pride yourself on providing a compassionate and effective customer experience within a Supported Housing setting?

We are looking for an experienced, resident centric Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join us to deliver a proactive and responsive experience to our residents, providers and stakeholders.

Our Customer Service Officers provide a critical role, acting as first point of contact for all front of house, inbound contact and communication within the organisation, including reception and visitor liaison. You will be central to outbound contact campaigns, obtaining valuable insight to inform evidenced based improvements that champion and promote the voice of our residents. You will provide guidance, advice and where necessary signpost and assist our customers to resolve any queries, report any information, receive feedback and to take any other action required to provide a professional service and excellent customer care.

**About You**

You will have/be:

- Demonstrated Customer Service success within a Supported Housing environment
- Passionate in delivering first contact resolution outcomes
- A self-starter, able to act on your own initiative within the parameters of your role
- Exclusively Objective, impartial and non-judgemental
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable
- Good IT skills and experience of the Microsoft suite of products
- Have the ability to manage multiple cases and follow through to successful completion
