Think Community Partnership are currently working with an established provider of affordable housing in Birmingham to recruit for a Customer Engagement Officer.

As a permanent member of staff, the Customer Engagement Officer will have responsibility for communications between the organisation and its residents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners of the organisation
- Sign post residents to external services where appropriate

**Experience**:

- Exposure to working in a housing association, local authority or charity setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Access to a vehicle to establish a presence for the organisation within local communities
