£25k - £28k DOE + Bonus
Based in Leeds City Centre
Mon-Fri Office Hours
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
**Requirements**:
- Must have had prior administration experience.
- Experience within the property industry would be beneficial but is not a necessity.
- Needs to be competent in using the following:
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- Adobe Acrobat Professional (basic editing)
- PowerPoint
- Training will be given to ensure basic competence in InDesign, however experience
- using graphic design programs would be an advantage.
- Experience with social media, marketing, copy writing and supporting business
- development activity would be advantageous.
**Duties**:
- Administrative assistance to the Chief Executives (CEO, COO & CFO)
- Diary management - arranging meetings, lunches, certain events/client entertaining etc.
- Arranging travel - trains / flights / hotels.
- Arranging staff training.
- Preparing Board packs and taking minutes during Board and Management meetings.
- Assisting in the preparation of client proposals.
- Proof reading of documents, archiving files, document management.
- Liaising with clients and industry bodies (i.e. being the face of the team and firm).
- Invoicing within our firm database and payment chase up
- General office filing, photocopying, scanning and upkeep of stationery stock levels.
- Assisting with social media management and basic marketing including LinkedIn.
- Copy writing and co-ordination of blog posts and news articles.
- Assisting with website development coordination
- Assisting with ad hoc projects (for example procurement).
