We are happy for you to be based in any of the above locations but please note that occasional travel will be required to our Edinburgh office.

**In a nutshell**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Deliver engaging recruitment experiences, working in collaboration with recruitment colleagues to do so, and communicating proactively throughout
- Develop excellent partnerships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and bring high quality, diverse shortlists against vacancies
- Build quality, diverse talent pools for keg roles, that focus on current and future business needs to reduce time to hire and enable quality succession planning
- Complete targeted marketing mapping activities to give external insight
- Lead & participate in recruitment projects as required

**What you need to know and show**
- Expert recruitment experience and understanding of recruitment best practice in the external marketplace, including Talent Pooling and Market Mapping
- Proactively increases own knowledge and commercial awareness whilst keeping abreast of new innovations in attraction methodologies
- An understanding of Project Management skills
- Great judgement and collaboration skills
- A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches
- Demonstrate transferable recruitment and sourcing skills into other business sectors
- Role modelling relationship management
- Championing recruitment processes and sharing knowledge with others
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
- Ability to produce analyse and interpret data, identify opportunities and using data to inform decisions
