Permanent People are working with an Edinburgh based recruitment consultancy who partner with SME’s and larger scale businesses, in placing mid-senior level business support professionals within their clients organisations.

Our client prides themselves on their enhanced market knowledge and expertise, they have developed a fantastic reputation, both locally and internationally and have built longstanding relationships with their clients.

They are currently looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant at Senior level for this arm of their business.

This role would suit a Consultant with proven billings who is looking to step up to Senior as the desk is extremely warm and our client has the training and infrastructure in place to support them.

The Role:
You will join a passionate, dedicated team who have a genuine interest in their market. They don’t have an overwhelming sales approach with strict KPI’s but instead focus on the services provided and relationships built. This role involves working closely alongside a successful team of experienced 360 consultants.

This role is pivotal in our client's business, and therefore offers exciting career progression opportunities and excellent earning potential

About You:

- At least 2 years of 360-recruitment experience, preferably within Business Support, HR or the Professional Services sector
- A consistent and strong billing history
- You are ambitious and self-motivated, you can work in a mature and flexible way
- You are competitive, driven, hard-working and resilient.
