The Role:
- Manage key accounts, recruiting for both permanent and contract IT roles.
- Leverage your network and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
- Engage in 360 recruitment activities, building your own desk and winning new business.
- Attend and organize meetups, events, and conferences, both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with directors to keep our business at the forefront of innovation, implementing new ideas and strategies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 4 years of successful experience in IT recruitment.
- A strong understanding of the IT industry and a keen awareness of the latest trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver excellence.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
