**WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE JOINING?**:
This role is in our Human Resources Team which is spread across our London, Manchester, Leeds and
Edinburgh offices and supports the business internationally. The HR Team is made up of various smaller
teams including Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations HR Business Partnering
and the CSR and Diversity team.
You will be joining the Graduate Team, a team responsible for the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of trainees across all of our offices in the UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East. The team are instrumental to the continuing growth of one of the most respected law firms in our chosen markets and sectors.

**WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?**:
As a Graduate Advisor you will work closely with the Senior Advisor to support recruitment of our trainee solicitors in all of our offices.
The following list is not exhaustive but gives a flavour of some of the responsibilities of a Graduate Advisor:
- Assist the Senior Advisor and Senior Graduate Manager to execute strategy for graduate recruitment and marketing.
- Support the Senior Advisor in implementing the graduate marketing campaign across media brands and target universities.
- Support the Senior Advisor in executing graduate recruitment D&I strategy for the upcoming year.
- Work with the other Graduate Advisors to ensure a seamless graduate service across the firm.
- Manage and delegate effectively to junior members of the team.
**RECRUITMENT**:
Run the end-to-end recruitment process including:
- Run assessment centres with support of Graduate Assistant, and Senior Advisor where necessary.
- Plan and run placement schemes in Leeds, London and Manchester offices.
- Compile recruitment statistics at key points in the year.
- Support Senior Advisor on internal training contract recruitment process.
- Manage junior members of the team to ensure the above is executed.
- Work to push the Grad brand internally to improve uptake of graduate recruitment activities.
**MARKETING & D&I**:
- Work with the Senior Advisor to execute firm's graduate marketing to ensure relevant information is distributed amongst media brands.
- Support the Senior Advisor to deliver graduate marketing strategy internally to key groups including campus teams and team members.
- Work closely with target universities to attract quality applicants.
- Work to push the Grad brand internally to improve uptake of graduate marketing activities.
- Support the Senior Advisor in working with external brands to deliver firm's Graduate Recruitment D&I targets for the year.
- Support the Senior Advisor in working with networks and other stakeholders internally to drive the Graduate D&I agenda.
**WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL I NEED TO HAVE?**:
- Ideally you will be of graduate calibre, CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong team orientation.
- Tenacity, resilience and patience when dealing with difficult and challenging issues.
- Excellent relationship builder both within the business and with external contacts. Managing expectations with internal stakeholders effectively so as to maintain credibility and professionalism.
- Capable of delivering accurate and commercial advice and keeping employment law knowledge up to date.
