Customer Service Executive (hybrid working pattern, 3 days office based, 2 days home based)
Staines upon Thames

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000

We are seeking a motivated, experienced and customer-focused individual to join our international client, within their friendly and skilled Customer Service team. If you thrive on supporting international customers, providing top-notch service, and enjoy working collaboratively within a global business environment, then this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute all process with operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer portfolio, both internal and external.
- Process customer orders according to policies and manage through delivery.
- Actively monitor open orders to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery to customers.
- Proactively address disruptions in the process, such as material availability or transportation issues.
- Monitor monthly forecast consumption, managing customer order patterns, and addressing issues related to the demand and supply.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for export orders.

Build Relationships:

- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics) and external partners to meet customer experience levels.
- Interact and collaborate with the Finance team to align on rebates and cash collection.
