**About us**
Aquam Water Services Ltd is a UVDB accredited supplier of licensed standpipes for most of the UK water utilities. We supply and deliver the correct, legally compliant water standpipes to any authorised user of the network.
**Purpose**
To provide administrative services for the water company operations in a timely manner adhering to all Company procedures.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Answer the phone lines on behalf of the water company contracts
- Liaise with customers to obtain meter readings and input to system
- Process renewals
- Raise invoices and credit notes with the appropriate authorisation
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Other administration duties as appropriate
**Other Duties**
From time-to-time there may be a requirement to assist with the following:
- Day-to-day depot operational activities such as standpipe collections, cleaning and racking
- Occasional standpipe deliveries if required - van provided
- GPRS maintenance activities (eg battery swap outs)
- Support with driver routing and logistics
**Requirements**:
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use a variety of IT systems and software
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
