Our client, a highly successful membership association, are looking for an engaging and professional individual to offer a confident service to their members.

**The key responsibilities**:

- ** Strong project management skills including: planning, time and task management, change management, adaptability, risk management.
- Proactively working with internal teams to ensure a regular flow of information to make their voice heard with society and influencers of policy.
- Review, advise and support engagement with a range of member benefits, including making regular suggestions for innovative new products and services.
- Supporting members across the global membership and supporting elections, records and CRM
- Budget management including forecasting, purchase orders and developing service level agreements

**The minimum requirements**:

- Degree level educated or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience in a membership organisation, charity, corporate or university and with members/volunteers
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- High level of IT literacy - using MS Office, website content management systems, MS Teams, and CRM systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Remaining calm under pressure, a great problem solver
- Able to prioritise workload
