**About the role**

Are you passionate about connecting people through digital with museum spaces, stories and collections? Do you believe in a future where both people and the planet can thrive?

As Digital Content Producer (Visit) you will inspire people to visit and engage with the Natural History Museum's galleries, exhibitions and events through exciting and relevant digital content. Through website and social media content, you will help our audiences plan their day, discover events and exhibitions that inspire them, and foster ongoing engagement following their visit.

Working within an agile product team, you will be helping to increase digital engagement with physical visitors through the Museum's digital channels.

**About you**

You will have proven experience of developing excellent digital content and engaging social media with an understanding of content that goes beyond writing and integrates visuals, photography and multimedia. Your outstanding writing skills provide you with the ability to write clear and engaging copy for a broad range of visitor audiences from around the world.

Your positive attitude and diplomatic nature will compliment your keen eye for detail and commitment to achieving our mission of creating advocates for the planet.

Experience working in a similar position in a cultural, scientific or media organisation is desirable, though not essential.
