Duties
- Support and work alongside the Operations Director to provide efficient, effective, high quality and customer focused after sales and maintenance service within the Customer Care department
- To grow a strong Customer Care Team
- Ensuring customer care experience is represented in all aspects of operational delivery
- Ensure that the Customer Care team are trained and motivated to deliver the best customer service
- Handle and resolve high level / difficult customer complaints and feedback the results of inspections and audits to the site team and senior management
- Analyse and monitor the customer profile and associated customer needs
- Development of truly breakthrough customer experiences which are aligned to the future needs of our customers and the business
- To review our current processes and ensure that they are being used to maximise our opportunities
- Work closely with product development team to ensure that future development aligns with customer expectations
- Develop relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders within all regions to ensure development and delivery of consistently great customer experiences into the business
- Develop your team members by enabling and motivating them to be the best that they can, building a strong talent pipeline to support the growth of the Business, completing Talent Mapping and Succession Planning bi-annually ahead of the mid-year and year-endPerformance Development Reviews and discussing the outputs in these meetings

In return you will receive an attractive salary of up to £36,000 per annum + car allowance + company benefits.
