Pediatric Care Specialist Opportunity in Horsham, Sussex

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are looking for a skilled Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team in Horsham, Sussex. As a care coordinator for complex children's needs, you will provide high-quality care to children with complex needs, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

About the Role:

You will work 11 hour nights, three nights a week, and will be responsible for providing individualized care plans, tailored to meet the specific needs of each child. You will also be involved in ongoing assessments, planning, and evaluation of care to ensure the best possible outcomes.
