**National Joint Registry (NJR)**: Print off theatre lists each day for relevant Hip/Knee/Shoulder/Elbow/Ankle operations - to be used to check the relevant NJR forms are being returned to the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team or have been inputted onto Amplitude. Go to Theatres every day to collect completed NJR forms where these have not been inputted on Amplitude. Check completed NJR forms against the relevant theatre lists & check off the numbers of forms against the checklist each day. Examine all NJR forms for any discrepancies - use Trust databases to collect missing clinical information where appropriate.

The Clinical Effectiveness Manager will escalate to the Clinical Service Lead. Monthly report to be completed for the Clinical Lead for National Joint Registry - this includes details of missing NJR forms i.e. dates, surgeons, theatre, patients details & operation details. To prepare reports for the monthly Clinical Audit and Effectiveness To work through the Edit Stack on the NJR of incomplete NJR To support the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator with the NJR Data Quality Work alongside the Clinical Effectiveness Manager, Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator, Audit Nurse & the Clinical Lead for NJR to ensure this national audit is run accurately, timely & effectively.

Book meeting rooms, assist in meeting preparations, take and prepare minutes of meetings as required. Attend and participate at regular team meetings. Provide suggestions of improvements to current systems and practices and help implement as required. To communicate effectively with all disciplines of To understand and adhere to Trust policies and procedures To undertake an annual appraisal (internal performance review) to identify organisational and professional objectives and development needs.

To undertake mandatory training and other training as required, take responsibility for own personal development with support from colleagues and line manager. Any other duties as Working within the team to support the ongoing improvement of services that are provided to patients, staff and other stakeholders. Support the Trusts' corporate strategy, exercising and demonstrating the values of the organisation. Communication: To communicate effectively with multi-disciplines and professionals at all levels of the organisation internally & also with external agencies.

Discuss ideas, creative solutions, issues, problems & concerns with the Clinical Effectiveness Manager. Attend monthly Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team meeting with the rest of the team to discuss workload & also any issues/ideas/concerns/learning. Maintain effective communication to ensure service delivery. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and a regular review will take place with the postholder as part of their ongoing development and performance management.
