You'll be working in our Facilities Services business, delivering total security solutions including security personnel, security systems and corporate investigations.
**About the role**:
You'll assist the front line security teams to ensure that client sites are fully staffed to fulfill contract requirements, as well as being in compliance with relevant legislation such as Working Time Regulations. You will ensure that all tasks are completedin a professional and timely manner so that we maintain the highest possible levels of customer service.
**Specifically you will**:
- Maintain rosters using the "Timegate System", ensuring all security personnel are entered for the correct days and times of duty.
- Ensure that all periods of sickness, absence and holidays are covered adequately.
- Report all impending shortfalls in cover to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all details on "Timegate" are correct and maintained to a high standard
- Monitor periods of unplanned absence and report any patterns, abnormalities and concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Support the management team through the production and distribution of reports.
**About you**:
**To succeed in this role you will need**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and numeracy skills.
- Non Frontline SIA advantageous.
- Knowledge of SIA legislation and requirements
- Knowledge of PC based rostering systems - e.g. Timegate
- Knowledge of creating rosters to suit levels of contractual requirements
- Ability to interact with all levels within an organisation.
- Ability to work on own initiative and proactively with others
- A good level of computer literacy
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
