Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a **Meetings & Events Floor Supervisor** devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.

Creating and facilitating a memorable experience in an authentic location is the essence of our Meetings & Events Operations team As a **Meetings & Events Floor Supervisor** you will support the smooth and efficient running of all the functions taking place in the hotel. Working along the Meetings & Events Operations Manager, you will take pride in making memories for our guests by delivering flawless events. Our **Meetings & Events Floor Supervisor** will be an inspiration to the team when leading and overseeing the daily operations.

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 1 year luxury experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality
- Excellent ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
- Computer literate & knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset
- A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the team
- Personal alcohol license is desirable
