We have an exciting opportunity for a **Meetings & Events Group Coordinator** dedicated in delivering memorable service all day every day.

The **Meetings & Events Group Coordinator** will work as part of our in-house Meetings & Events team. Reporting to the Sales and Planning Manager, you will input and manage all room listings for our meetings and events as well as processing all group enquiries of 10 rooms or more. As a Meetings & Events Group Coordinator you will play an important role in assisting the team to achieve outstanding targets. We are looking for a talented and motivated person, with the drive to deliver results and exceed expectations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous hotel experience preferred and groups experience an advantage
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite, working knowledge of Delphi and Adobe Suite an advantage
- Excellent organisational and planning skills and a passion for Meetings and Events with a desire to progress
