**Planner - Civils**

Due to successful continued growth we have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Planner to coordinate the day to day schedule of Civils and Poling operations for our Tier 1 client, BT Openreach in the Bristol, Wiltshire and Dorset region, based in our depot near Bath.

**Role**
- To effectively plan and schedule works for the field operatives in accordance with our service level agreement.
- Monitor the works, and optimise delivery by transferring work between operatives where necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with operatives ensuring standards and processes are understood and re-enforced.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Project Manager and Contract Manager to address any barriers to delivery and to acknowledge and recognise successes.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Planning and programming experience in a similar role
- NRSWA Qualification is desirable but not essential
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package
- DepotNet Experience would be an advantage

**Skills & Personal Qualities**
- Good written, and verbal communication skills
- Process driven
- Able to effectively prioritise to deliver works and management information to key deadlines
- Customer focused
- Flexible with working hours
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve under presssure
- Confident computer skills particularly with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
