**Customer Service Advisor responsibilities-**
- First point of contact for all telephone enquiries and dealing with correspondence.
- Dealing with complaints, advise and questions regarding the Housing association and able to provide solutions
- Be able to transfer calls to the correct team to ensure all customers enquiries are being met
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a shared understanding of customer-focused behaviours by displaying respect and empathy for customer needs and requirements.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Customer Service Advisor responsibilities-**
- Previous Customer service experience
- Able to be on the phone and liaising with all different types of people and enquires
- Able to work independently on standard processes, and collaboratively as part of a team, and providing support within a larger section/department across service areas.
