We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Customer Services Coordinator **to join our team based in **Nottingham **(remote working after the probationary period)**.** You will join us on a **full time, permanent** basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary.

**The Customer Services Coordinator Role**:
As our Customer Services Coordinator, you will be managing a portfolio of customers, you will have the opportunity to build good relationships with those customers which will also allow you to be reactive to issues you are aware of before the it becomes a problem for the customer. Providing excellent customer service should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take huge amounts of pride in your work.

This is not a call centre environment, this an environment were customer satisfaction comes first. Taking the time to listen and understand what the customer needs. This allows us to stand out from our competition.

This role is a fast-paced position and requires someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and can work under pressure. You will be dealing with customer enquiries concerning current and new orders and communicating with internal departments to resolve issues, advising delivery dates as well as dealing with a plethora of other day to day enquiries.

**This exciting role will require you to have the ability and competence in the following areas**:

- Delivering second to none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day to day queries around, orders, products and returns
- Communicating clearly and working closely with your Sales Manager
- Building and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
- Order processing and fulfilment for assigned customers
- Processing customer returns

**What we’re looking for in our Customer Services Coordinator**:
This is a fast paced environment within a busy office so you must thrive in a busy environment. You should also be able to keep calm under pressure and be able to prioritise and reprioritise your day. Although being able to work on your own initiative is essential as you will be largely be managing your own workload, it is key you are a team player to muck in and support your colleagues at busy times. This is a rapidly changing environment and you should enjoy new challenges and be open to new ways of working as solutions to challenges are designed.
