Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Assistant Practice Manager, dependent on current and evolving practice workload and staffing levels and may include any or all in the list below. Working with the team to recall patients on chronic disease registers for their annual reviews. Notify clinicians of QOF targets and ensure they are achieving them. Contact hospitals for up-to-date patient information.
Attend QOF meetings. Run searches for recalls. Run requested searches for patient checks, etc. Work with patient groups to run mail merges and identify patient data.
Data entry information to the patients clinical record as highlighted by the clinical staff using the correct Read codes and systems. Any other tasks allocated by managers.
