Indeed, as a brand, we are defined by our richness of personality, diversity of background and lifestyle. We are currently looking for an **F&B Office Administrator** who will embody the ‘Anything but Standard’ ethos across our extensive F&B operations.

**Your role**
Our Restaurants, Bars, Clubs and Rooftop terraces are famous and The Standard is synonymous worldwide as a beacon for nightlife and programming. As our **F&B Office Administrator**, you will work closely with our F&B management team to assist with the administrative support required to keep these spaces at the top of their game.

With 6 high-volume F&B outlets, 2 kitchens, plus Event spaces and 24-hour In Room Dining, there is a lot of ‘behind the scene’ support and work that takes place.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to get involved in a full range of tasks needed to keep the service running.

There are the things you would expect from an administrative role - traditional duties you might call them, including; managing diaries and inboxes; processing expenses; processing invoices; minuting meetings and making sure that actions are followed through; pulling reports and assisting with errands. The Standard being a brand always aiming to push the bar higher, there are areas where you will also get to flex your creative muscle. These include assisting with the process of booking culture and music programming, responding to customer reviews, updating menus across the entire food and beverage operation, and assisting with research for comp set analysis to new products, equipment and uniform.

You will need to foster clear communication and good working relationships across all hotel departments in order to encourage interdepartmental support, and creative thinking and ensure production and service standards are maintained across the restaurant, bars and venues team.
You will also need to be flexible and able to provide support to our operational teams in their daily duties, from administration, recruitment of key roles, resources, guest service delivery or complaints, floor cover and presence.

**Do you have what it takes to be our F&B Office Administrator at The Standard, London**
This role requires an eye for detail and a love for structure. We would strongly encourage those with previous experience in similar administrative roles or executive assistant roles to apply; but these are by no means pre
- prerequisites. We will be looking for evidence of your ability to create and maintain structure.
You will need to have a serious passion for Food & Drink, be highly social, upbeat and friendly, confident and able to handle pressure well.
