This is an excellent opportunity to work with a successful and growing healthcare company. You will be reporting to Sales Operations Manager you will be the key interface between the teams to ensure bids are managed efficiently.

As Bid Manager you will:

- Project-manage bids and quotes including development of touch point matrix, project plans, risk register and issue logs as appropriate.
- Lead regular meetings with the bid team as required.
- Work with the Bid Team Manager and internal stakeholders agree accurate maintenance, capex, build, consumable and other costs for all bid, quote and sales proposals. Where applicable ensure that costs are accurately recorded in managed service financialmodels.
- Produce deal profitability sheets and commercial papers as appropriate.
- Develop and draft all sales content for bids, quotes and sales proposals ensuring alignment with agreed strategies.
- Co-ordinate the production of technical, commercial, legal and operational content for bids, quotes and sales proposals.
- Ensure all bid, quote and sales proposals adhere to editing and formatting standards and ensure sign-off processes are followed in accordance with quality management system and governance matrix.
- Support the transition of projects through the sales and tender lifecycle to contract closure.
- Upon successfully winning bids to lead on the financial close of bids as well
- as the handover of projects to commercial and implementation teams.

The person:

- 1 years' experience in Bid Management and Bid Writing
- Degree calibre
- PRINCE2
- MS Excel Intermediate
- Ideally previous experience of participating in teams working on public sector/PPP/PFI projects.
- Strong team working skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Analytical skills
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of financial modelling (FAST)
