Bid Writing Manager

Job Description A Professional Services firm based in Reading is recruiting a Bid Manager to join its team. The Bid Manager will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and compliant implementation of the company's sales-to-delivery process, providing input and oversight to all aspects of the 'bid' process, from initial lead qualification through to project implementation.
Ensuring commercials are as compelling and persuasive as possible, and are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client scenario
Support in establishing project resource requirements, costs and constraints
are of high quality and in line with company standards
Foster effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and the client during the bid phase of the project
Well organised - can manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
Stakeholder management - actively manage pursuit team to source content in a timely fashion
Team player - flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a small team with a broad range of responsibilities
