**Join us in CREWE as a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE**

**What you'll do**

You will provide a co-ordinated first class level of customer service to all our internal and external customers, through building a good rapport and seeking to find effective solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadline requirements and regulatory restrictions, where you will be responsible for order capture, monitoring, and billing; enquiries and complaints resolution, and escalation management.

**The skills you'll need**
- Good level of education including GCSE passes in Mathematics and English
- At least 1-year experience of working in a customer service environment and resolving customer queries and complaints
- Ability to analyse complex complaints and customer feedback issues/evidence findings, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Experience of SAP and OMS are desirable, but not essential as training will be given
- Good spoken and written English language skills are essential
