An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a company based in Stourport-On-Severn. This well known organisation are looking for a French speaking Accounts Payable Assistant to join their busy shared service team liaising with all sites 'virtually' across Europe. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the accounts payable department. Hybrid and flexible working hours are available with this role

Daily duties:

- Processing all invoices from point of receipt to point of payment
- Ensuring correct matching of invoices
- Resolving any invoice discrepancies
- Accurate input to general ledger
- Dealing with supplier account queries
- Processing payment of suppliers
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- GRNI reconciliations
- Manage all employee expenses activates
- Support other areas of finance as required

You will be:

- An excellent communicator in English & French languages
- Able to communicate across departments and management
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounts payable

Hybrid and flexible working hours are available with this role
