Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in **Burton-on-Trent**, looking to add an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to their great team

This is a **permanent role**, looking to provide a brilliant benefits and pro rata'd salary package of **£25,000.**

This is a brilliant role for someone looking for a new challenge where they can really roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. **We are ideally looking for someone who wants part time work, three or four days a week, roughly 24 hours. Flexible working pattern available.**

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Preparation of payment runs
- Inputting and scanning purchase invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with supplier queries
- Raising sales ledger invoices
- Processing employee expenses
- Posting of transactions
- Posting and reconciliation of cashbook
- Purchase Ledger experience is essential
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience dealing with multiple finance software's
- Brilliant communication skills
- Loves to get stuck in to a new challenge
