Experienced Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently looking for an Experienced Receptionist with a proven track record of excellent customer service for our rapidly growing multidisciplinary health clinic.
We are looking for someone with a professional warm caring nature who is able to use their own initiative and who can welcome our patients as well as deal with incoming calls, payments, accounts and rebooking. We use clinic management software for appointments and accounts so it would be an advantage to have experience of using a similar system. We are an integrated team of practitioners so a strong team player is a must with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
We offer a range of treatments at our clinic and a knowledge of these would be an advantage.
Training and support for this role will be given.
Administrative Duties:
- Booking and re booking patients
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Answering phone calls
- Managing social media posts
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Setting up subscription plans with the patients
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments via the card machine and via our online payment system
- Billing
- Dealing with subscription plans

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
