**What you’ll be working on**:
This is a key role to support the Legal Services Operation in bringing together the People Processes for all colleagues & leaders within our Serious Injury Department.

You will be an ambassador of the culture and People framework and role model the high standards of behaviours we have for all colleagues and to play a valuable role within the Legal Services Leadership Team ensuring these are always upheld.

You will use your skills to ensure that all colleagues and leaders understand our People Processes and that are always applied fairly and consistently.

**Your day-to-day**
- Support Technical Team Leaders with the delivery of the Competency Matrix
- Conduct Employee Relations meetings (with HR support) as required within the Legal Services Team
- Work alongside our technical team with performance management including preparation of support plans, objective setting etc.
- Work with the Leadership Team in delivering and embedding objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process from a Legal Services perspective.
- Provide coaching on people related issues to the Legal Services Team Leaders
- have a legal background in Personal Injury
- can display a proven track record of handling/managing PI claims, with strong technical capability
- are a confident people leader with the ability to influence and establish credibility with colleagues at all levels
- have a proven track record of leading colleagues through People processes including Absence Management, Development Plans, Disciplinaries etc.

**Even better if you**:

- are a qualified solicitor or Fellow of CILEx
- have experience in Serious Injury Work
