We are seeking an organised and conscientious individual to join our team as a Workforce Resourcing Assistant.

This role sits within the Workforce Resourcing Department which is based at Carew House in Bodmin.

The Flexi Service supports all staffing shortfalls across the organisation and this role is integral in supporting the hundreds of staff registered with the service by supporting the administration of all aspects of the day to day management of the Flexi workforce.

This role will be the first point of contact within the Flexi Team.

To assist Workforce Operations in all aspects of administration. Support the administration of all aspects of the day to day management of the Flexi Workforce.

To provide a professional service as the first point of contact within Flexi Team.

To be an effective team member providing Workforce Operations with effective and efficient administration support.

To assist the department in maintaining the effective and efficient delivery of service and associated projects.

We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

Just over 532,000 people live here. A third of people who live in Cornwall are supported by acute hospital services in Devon. As a result, we also work closely with our partners in Devon. In the summer, and during other holidays lots of people choose to visit the area. This increases the numbers of people who use our services.
