This well-known and established company are seeking a customer service administrator to join their growing team. You will be working within a small team of 4 people and will have the opportunity to bring new ideas and new ways of working within the team.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for providing administration support to customers and providing excellent service. This includes processing orders, booking transport, working with logistics companies and suppliers, updating customer files on the in-house system andSAP, chasing orders for customers, handling and providing quotes and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience within customer service administration and processing orders. Ideally you will have knowledge of SAP, or you will be able to pick up new systems quickly and with ease. You have excellent customer service skills and can build lastingrelationships with customers. You are extremely organised with excellent attention to detail. You are able to work to tight deadlines and can cope well with a busy workload. You're personable and professional and can bring new ideas to the table.
