**Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexible working available.**

NFU Mutual’s Agency in Welshpool is recruiting for a full time Insurance Customer Service Adviser to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive, friendly, customer focused person looking for opportunities within the Insurance and Financial Services Sector. NFU Mutual, a leading general insurer and financial services company, has been serving the rural community for over 100 years.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- As a Customer Service Adviser within our small team, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding

local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our delivering excellent customer service.- Providing exceptional administrative support, you will review and process policy renewals, have an

excellent telephone manner, process policy amendments as requested and seek opportunities to introduce
- new/additional NFU Mutual Insurance products and services.- Introduce NFU Mutual’s range of Financial Services products.
- Maintain customer relationships, to enhance and protect NFU Mutual’s reputation and brand.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic

customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.- A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an

individual showing good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.- Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable; however, insurance experience is not essential.
- Minimum requirement of 5 GCSE’s grade C or above including English and Maths.
- Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team, in
