**Three Sixty MHRA Warehouse Operative - PHL Group Limited**
**Reporting to: Three Sixty MHRA Operations Supervisor**

**What we’ll ask you to do**:

- Ensure GDP is followed at all times
- To report any deviations immediately to the Three Sixty MHRA Operations Supervisor
- Ensure goods-in is booked in correctly paying attention to temperature requirements, batch numbers, evidence of tampering and falsification
- To ensure ISO 9001:2015 procedures and work instructions are carried out
- Putting stock away in accordance with their storage requirements
- Quality checking
- Batch number checking
- Stock taking
- Despatching of customer orders ensuring daily picking orders are dispatched on time, the correct products and quantities are loaded on to the correct carrier.
- Ensuring returns are processed correctly and in accordance with GDP and ISO procedures.
- Enforcing Health and Safety policy
- Maintaining contemporaneous records
- Ensure targets and KPIs’ are met and maintained

- Proven competency in MHRA activities
- Ability to react to short time scales and changing priorities
- Ability to work flexible and occasionally long hours
- Ability to communicate to all colleagues
- Undertake additional training as part of the Three Sixty Optical Limited team

- Welshpool, Powys: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
