- Providing support to the recruitment processes for 30 graduates, 120 interns and 20 apprentices.
- Screening CVs, setting up interviews and assessment centers by building networks in the business.
- Planning and implementation the University attraction strategy by building strong relationships with our University partners.
- Organizing and updating University presentations.
- Offering support to the planning and execution of the Brandstorm Innovation Competition.
- Helping to coordinate and run our Spring Insights Programme.
- Helping to grow and execute the Early Careers social media strategy by working with the EVP Manager and managing the Early Careers social media committee.
- Updating new and existing job descriptions & case studies in line with business needs.
- Helping to build the bridge between the Early Careers Team and the junior talent network (NextGen) by feeding back on activities planned, organizing catch ups and coming up with innovative community ideas.
- Owning and delivering own projects in line with Early Careers strategy.
