Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working with our Belfast client to recruit a new full time and permanent Stock Administrator to join their team.

The positions is located in the Duncrue area - applicants should have access to their own vehicle.

Responsible for proficient and effective handling and processing of customer orders and maintaining appropriate stock levels in line with policies and procedures.

This role will cover various product lines for offices in Dublin and Belfast.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Administration**:
Receipt and processing of customer orders into internal system
Documentation of all relevant information for customer orders
Checking and validating customer confirmation purchase orders
Input and maintenance of all customer and product pricing records
Liaise with account managers, customers and despatch personnel to ensure accurate and timely input of information for delivery
Receiving and processing internal and external queries
Liaise with sale staff to maximise sales opportunities
Ensure compliance with all company policies including Health & Safety

**Stock Control**:
Manage stock levels for both depots and assist in the management and achievement of stock related KPIs
Coordination of stock purchases via existing contracts including imports from overseas
Inputting and processing purchase orders into in house system
Review and action order flows in line with existing stock levels and customer requirements

**Requirements**:
Educated to GCSE Level - English and Maths
Applicants must have previous experience of managing stock
Must have strong communication skills - written and verbal
Must be fully PC Literate and proficient with Microsoft Suite
Office Admin skills, including Microsoft packages

Salary will start on £24k per annum and will rise after 6 months' probation plus there are bonues twice yearly
