We are looking for a highly motivated and exceptionally organised Senior Marketing and Events Administrator, to join our busy team at Easter Bush. This role will provide events and marketing support across the campus, including the facilitation of internal and external events and the management of marketing collateral. If you’re looking for a new challenge in a tight-knit team with a range of marketing specialisms, and especially if you love animals, this could be the role for you.

**The Opportunity**:
The post holder will be the first point of contact for events on campus, and will manage events both on
- and off-campus. They will manage the events calendar and mailbox, and produce regular reports on event activity.

The post holder will also provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications Team, including but not limited to booking rooms, managing marketing collateral, sending digital communications, and raising purchase orders.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns.
