**Administrator - Full-Time or 4 days a week**

Our client based near Romsey are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis - the company would consider either full-time or 4 days a week. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and professional companythat has a modern working environment with beautiful surroundings and parking. This is a busy role which will suit someone who is extremely organised and efficient with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. The company offers excellent benefitsincluding 25 days holiday +BH.

**Role**:Administrator **Where**:Romsey outskirts **Salary**: c£24-26,000pa (pro rata if 4 days a week)

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Preparation of proposals and tenders
- Project Administration
- Supervision and ordering of office supplies and equipment
- Preparation of Company Meeting agenda and writing-up of minutes

**You will need**:

- Excellent communication skills
- To be highly organised with good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience within a similar role
- A 'can do' attitude
- To be self-motivated
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Confident IT skills including MS Office, Word and Excel
