Our client is a family business with over 40 years of property management experience. They are trusted by landlords across Glasgow to manage their properties from start to finish.

The Property Administrator will suit someone with excellent communication skills and previous experience in a Lettings company who can find innovative solutions to problems and takes pride in the accuracy of their work.

Although predominantly office based, there may be a requirement for you to visit properties for viewings or to carry out inventories so a full driving licence and own car is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Building working relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Assisting with the marketing of properties, coordinating viewings, vetting potential tenants.
- Managing the move-in and move-out processes.
- Creating and managing lease agreements.
- Resolving repairs and maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and trades.
- Managing property certification renewals such as gas safety certificates.
- Carrying out property inventories, inspections and viewings.
- Keeping property files up to date using our property management software.
- Other tasks as required.
- Previous experience in residential lettings.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and keen to take on new challenges as they arise.
- Target driven and eager to succeed.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
