**Position**:Support Worker

**Salary**: £10.67 - £10.97 per hour

**Service**: Brighton Road, Purley

**About Your Role**
- Brighton Road in Purley, Surrey provides a stable, homely environment for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs and has a very caring, supportive team.
- The service has a lovely family atmosphere thanks to the people that are supported there, they are a close-knit, yet friendly group who take pride in maintaining their home and enjoying many activities together.
- You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out.
- You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties.
- You’ll provide help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

**Next Steps**
- Once you’ve applied you’ll have a call with our dedicated in-house recruitment team to find out more about the role.
- You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team.
- If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
- You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
