**Deal Desk Analyst**
Redgate Software is looking to hire a Deal Desk Analyst, as we continue to grow our Revenue Ops function. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager you’ll quickly become an integral part of Redgate’s Revenue Operations function, helping to drive the profitable growth of our enterprise sales teams.

**What makes you Redgate’s next Deal Desk Analyst?**
- We are ideally looking for someone with experience working in either Sales Ops, Fin Ops or Contract Management. You will bring credibility to the role with your excellent commercial acumen.
- A key part of the role will involve the creation of internal policies around deal structuring and discount approvals, so you will have experience of writing clearly and concisely.
- You will have a strong personality and be capable of building relationships and rapport within our commercial function. Being a good listener is crucial.
- You will be confident in your ability to make strong decisions, especially when knowing when to say ‘No’
- You will be a self-starter, a logical thinker and problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and helping to bring clarity.
**What else would help?**
- Current or previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience within a subscription based enterprise software business
- Prior experience of RFP response would be advantageous
