**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Events Executive to join a group of growing companies operating in the construction industry. As an Events Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a diverse range of events, including conferences, online training sessions, roundtables, internal team events, and larger-scale award ceremonies and exhibitions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of several distinct brands.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in managing events, preferably within construction or a corporate industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent budget management skills, with experience in developing event budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Demonstrated experience in securing event sponsorships and managing sponsor relationships and/or event partners.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and execute innovative event experiences.
- Degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not necessary.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
