- Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel and hospitality industry practices is a plus
- Upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities is a plus
- Proficient in using event management software or tools
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
