**About Our Client**:
Nestled in the heart of downtown Liverpool, our client owns and manages an exclusive events space on evenings and weekends. With its stunning roof garden, boasting breathtaking views of the city, they offer a truly remarkable setting for unforgettable celebrations, bringing together loved ones in a unique and memorable way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with floor management to ensure the smooth delivery of events.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for events.
- Liaise with clients to understand their specific event requirements.
- Plan room layouts for optimal event setup.
- Assist in planning the entertainment program, including scheduling workshops and demonstrations.
- Coordinate staffing requirements and conduct staff briefings.
- Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries, and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, such as customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organisations.
- Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and e-newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers and printers for the creation and production of marketing materials.
- Support the marketing team in updating all online communications.
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Organise and attend events, such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
