**Events Assistant Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives during events
- Maintain well-organized and comprehensive records and documentation for all sales transactions related to events
- Interact with event attendees confidently and professionally, leaving a lasting impression
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure the seamless execution of event operations and swift follow-up on attendee inquiries
- Demonstrate remarkable time-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet event-related deadlines
- Showcase meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of sales support for events, including processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Foster effective collaboration with other departments to streamline sales procedures specific to events
- Stay up-to-date with event-specific product knowledge and industry trends to provide precise information to attendees.

**Events Assistant Responsibilities Skills**
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse groups of people.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
