**Role**:
Who You Are
- You have outstanding engagement skills and a passion for working with vulnerable young people who are interacting with the youth justice service.
- You excel in planning and delivering one-to-one support for children and young people assessed as high risk and meeting Intensive Supervision and Surveillance (ISS) criteria.
- You are capable of creating alongside the Youth Justice Service Case Manager, a weekly intensive ISS timetable.
- You have experience in planning, delivering, and reviewing high-quality support packages that include timetabled activities for young people and their families.
- You are able to deliver specific interventions with children and young people on a one-on-one and group work basis.
- You are capable of developing, organising and facilitating community reparation placements and you're prepared to track attendance to support the Youth Justice Service practitioners.
- You are skilled in planning, facilitating, and evaluating the Youth Justice Service 'youth forum'.
- You are willing to work for 35 hours per week including early evenings and occasional Sunday cover duties.

What the Job Involves
- Leading the planning and delivery of one-to-one support for children and young people in the youth justice services.
- Creating a weekly intensive ISS timetable with the Youth Justice Service Case Manager.
- Planning, delivering and reviewing support packages to ensure a smooth and consistent delivery of activities for young people and their families.
- Delivering specific interventions with children and young people on an individual and group basis to support their desistance from offending, safety and wellbeing, and risk of harm to others.
- Organising and facilitating community reparation placements, supervising children/young people attendance whilst also recording and ensuring compliance and enforcement in line with the Youth Justice Service breach procedure.
- Leading the planning, facilitation and evaluation of the Youth Justice Service 'youth forum'.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and enforcing compliance through the Court process when necessary.
- Working for 35 hours per week, including the early evening and providing occasional cover for Sunday appointments.
