**About us**

Our goal is to support the capital’s youth sector to improve the lives of young people.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Programme Delivery and Partnerships**
- Manage approx. 20 grassroots community youth organisations that are part of NCS on their journey through the programme (Delivery, in-person and virtual relationships, monitoring evaluation and learning).
- Facilitate and support the development of networks within the geographical areas to encourage social mixing opportunities.
- Carry out regular review visits to check on the quality of the programmes and engage with youth workers and young people.
- Ensure that the voices of young Londoners from the programme are used to shape and inform programme design and development.
- Accurately input data into reporting and CRM systems
- Ensure organisations are supported and meeting their MEL targets.

**Lead on Social Action and Employability for the NCS Programme**
- Creating resources and templates that the youth organisations can use for their delivery.
- Creating Enterprise Challenges and Social Action Pitch events to engage and support young people in their journey on the NCS programme.

**Communication and Branding**
- Work with our Communications team to ensure our partner organisations have access to branded templates.
- Ensuring NCS and LY branding guidelines are adhered to.
- Work with the NCS team and LY’s communications team to implement the communications plan (This will feature social media, blog posts, newsletters and updates on the website)

**Assisting in Training and Events for the NCS Team**
- Assisting with the planning & running of training events, networking events & career insight days.
- Responsible for ensuring your cohort of organisations are aware of events and have high attendance.

**Feed into the wider team, organisation and sector**
- Be an active member of the programmes team and wider organisation including supporting colleagues and sharing best practice.
- Feed into wider programmes directorate and organisation to build a strong and dynamic offer supporting young people and members across London.
- Represent NCS internally and externally at relevant network and events to both share and learn with others from the youth sector.

**Salary**: £29,535.00 per year
