Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a fun team in a progressive company.

Essential Attributes:

- Must be a team player, able to work in a fast paced envionment and meet deadlines
- Experience of processing under auto-enrolment would be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
- Coins Software knowledge would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Construction Industry experience would be beneficial

You will have a selection of weekly and monthly tasks to include:

- Processing weekly payroll for 150-200 site staff
- Chasing up Timesheets / Daily Labour Allocation sheets
- Preparing the manual calculation sheet
- Processing weekly BACS transfers
- Preparing weekly payroll reports
- Preparing/Reconciling PAYE & NI Payments
- Dealing with payroll queries/calls

Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm - Working in new office with excellent staff leisure facilities.

Office based role-no hybrid working.
